Joint Areas of Focus (JAFs)

To achieve progress against the Community Plan, partners have identified a number of Joint Areas of Focus.  The Joint Areas of Focus are the key issues affecting Test Valley that require partners to work together to tackle them.

The Joint Areas of Focus bring together local priorities alongside the Local Area Agreement, the Local Development Framework and form the basis for the Partnership’s action plans.   

Having in place a single set of Joint Areas of Focus enables the Partnership to co-ordinate its activity effectively, to be consistent in the issues it’s tackling and to be able to demonstrate where it’s making a difference.
